HEAT SHIELD CLIP FOR 70-4204 (Requires 2 per shield) - Stainless
Stainless clip that secures the exhaust pipe heat shield on high-pipe 'C' model Triumphs, two required per shield.
70-4207 is the clip that holds the exhaust pipe heat shield in place on the high-pipe 'C' model exhausts. It's a small stainless clip, and the catalog calls for two of them per heat shield, so if you're replacing a shield outright, order the pair.

This one is made for use with heat shield 70-4204, and it shows up in the parts books alongside the exhaust pipe and undershield listings for the TR6C and T100C, as well as the general U.S.A. exhaust pipe and muffler entries from the mid-to-late '60s. If you're restoring or replacing shields on a high-pipe setup, this is the clip the factory books specify for the job.
It also appears under the older E4207 designation if you're working from an earlier parts book.
