BSA Screw — oil pump end plate
Screw for the oil pump end plate, part of the oil pump and gearbox sprocket assembly.

This is the screw that holds the end plate on the oil pump body, keeping the pump housing sealed up and the internal gears running true. The oil pump lives down by the gearbox sprocket area, and this small fastener is part of what keeps oil pressure where it belongs instead of leaking past the plate.
