CAMSHAFT A65 SPITFIRE GRIND - UK (NOT SRM OR HEPOLITE)

UK-made A65 Spitfire-grind camshaft, specifically not an SRM or Hepolite unit.

PN · 68-0473

This is a camshaft ground to the Spitfire profile, made in the UK. The description on this one is explicit that it is not an SRM or Hepolite unit, so if you're trying to match up what came out of your engine or what's called for in a rebuild spec sheet, that distinction matters. Camshaft grind changes cam timing and lift, which is engine-builder territory, so if you're not already sure this is the profile you want, get on the phone with us first.

The catalog naming here points to A65 rather than anything from the Triumph unit-twin line, so treat this as a BSA A50/A65-family part, not a Triumph camshaft. We don't have much more in our records beyond the description itself, since this one hasn't come through our shop in enough volume to build out a full fitment history. If you're rebuilding a Spitfire-spec engine and want to confirm this is the right grind for your application, give us a call before you order.
