BSA Inlet rocker (right-hand)
Right-hand inlet rocker arm for a BSA cylinder head, part number 68-0149.
This is the right-hand inlet rocker arm, catalog number 68-0149, listed under the CYLINDER HEAD and CYLINDER HEAD — ROCKERS sections. It's a BSA part, not a Triumph one, despite living in a Triumph-adjacent parts numbering system some shops use for cross-reference. The rocker arm pivots on the rocker shaft in the cylinder head and transfers motion from the pushrod to the inlet valve, opening it on the cam's schedule.

The catalog ties this specifically to the right-hand side inlet position, so don't swap it with a left-hand or exhaust rocker on assembly - they're not the same part even though they can look similar at a glance. The part also appears under the alternate form 68-149, which is just a shorter rendering of the same number, so if you see that on an older invoice or parts list it's the identical piece.
Our records show this one showing up across catalog listings spanning 1969 into 1972, but we can't tell you from that alone which exact BSA model or engine size it bolts to - that depends on which cylinder head casting you're working with. Bring in your head or give us a call with what you're rebuilding and we'll confirm before you order.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
