It shows up in the parts books under both the speedometer/tachometer figures and the electrical equipment and instrument sections, and it appears across catalog listings running from 1971 into 1980. If your speedo has gone dead or is reading erratically, a worn or broken cable is one of the usual suspects, right alongside the drive gears at either end.
We don't have more detail on this one beyond what's in the catalog record. If you're not sure which cable length or drive fitting your bike takes, give us a call before you order.
