Driving plate (bonded)
A bonded fiber driving plate from inside the clutch pack on later Triumph unit twins.
57-4763 is a bonded driving plate out of the clutch, the kind of friction plate that sits inside the clutch basket and does the actual work of transmitting engine power through the primary drive. "Bonded" means the friction material is fixed to the plate rather than riveted on, which is how these later-style clutch plates were built.

This one shows up in the clutch figures across catalog listings running from 1976 to 1985, so it's associated with the later unit-construction Triumph twins from that era. Clutch plates like this one typically get replaced as a set rather than one at a time, and wear is something worth checking whenever you have the primary cover off.
If you're rebuilding a clutch pack, pull the old plates and compare thickness and friction material condition side by side before ordering. Call the shop if you're not sure this is the exact plate your clutch stack needs.
