Brake cam lever
Rear brake cam lever that links the brake pedal linkage to the rear drum's brake cam, part number 37-2015.
This is the brake cam lever for the rear wheel, the arm that connects the brake rod (or cable linkage) to the brake cam inside the rear drum. When you press the rear brake pedal, this lever rotates the cam that spreads the brake shoes against the drum. It's a simple piece of hardware but if it's bent, worn at the pivot, or the splines are stripped, you'll get soft or inconsistent rear brake action no matter how good the shoes are.

This one shows up in the rear wheel section of the parts books across catalog entries from 1968 into 1974, and it's also carried under the alternate numbers 9998-388 and W2015 if you're cross-checking against an older parts list.
Worth a look any time you're servicing the rear drum or chasing a spongy pedal feel. Check the splined fit where it mates to the cam shaft and make sure the lever isn't cracked or elongated at the pin hole before you put it back into service.
