Bolt, torque stay to swinging arm
Bolt securing the torque stay to the swinging arm on OIF-era Triumphs, also listed as S7004.
This is the bolt that secures the torque stay to the swinging arm, part number 21-7004. On the OIF-era rear ends the torque stay ties the brake anchor plate back to the swinging arm to keep it from rotating under braking, and this bolt is what pins that stay in place at the swinging arm end.

Catalog records show it appearing in swinging arm and suspension unit listings from the mid-to-late 1970s. It's also known under the older S7004 number if you're working from an earlier parts book.
It's a small, inexpensive item, but the torque stay only works if it's actually bolted down tight and true, so it's worth checking the shoulder and hole aren't worn oval before you put it back in.
