This is the lock nut for the connecting rod, part number 21-2016, thread size 5/16 UNF. It shows up in the parts book under the CRANKSHAFT AND CONNECTING RODS heading, which is exactly where you'd expect it to live since it's part of the hardware that secures the rod cap to the connecting rod itself.
