This is the 1/4 x 2-3/8 UNF screw that shows up in the gearbox outer cover figure, one of the fasteners holding the outer gearbox cover in place. The catalog lists it with a 2-3/8 inch length under head and 1/4 UNF thread.

If you're pulling the outer cover for a clutch or selector job, it pays to keep this length sorted from the longer 2-5/8 inch version (21-1917) that also fits the same cover - mixing them up is an easy way to bottom out a screw or leave one loose.
