Clip — throttle needle
Amal carburetor throttle needle clip, sets the needle position for part-throttle mixture, PN 19-3095 / 622/067.
This is the needle clip out of the Amal carburetor, the little clip that sets which groove the throttle needle sits in inside the carb slide. Moving it up or down one groove changes the mixture at part throttle, richer or leaner, without touching the main jet. It's a small part but it does real work in how the bike runs off idle and through the midrange.

Our catalog shows this one under 19-3095, with 622/067 as the same part on the Amal side of the ledger. It turns up across a handful of carburetor figures from 1969 through 1972, so it's a part that gets called for whenever someone's rebuilding or re-tuning the slide and needle assembly.
If you're pulling the carb apart for a clean and rejet, it's worth checking this clip for wear or a sloppy fit in the needle holder — a tired clip can let the needle wander and throw your tuning off even after you've done everything else right.
