Working on Triumphs
is hard enough.
We built this tool because working on Triumphs is hard enough — finding parts for them shouldn't be just as hard.
I just wanted to keep
one of these bikes
on the road.
I started working on Triumphs when I was 16, after flipping mopeds and Hondas until I could finally get my hands on one. A Triumph was always what I wanted. When I started turning wrenches on it, finding parts was hard, and finding information was even harder.
I got lucky. I landed a job at a shop where a very talented mechanic named Tink took the time to show me the ropes. I don't think most people have that kind of resource when they're trying to keep one of these bikes alive.
We built this site hoping it could help keep these bikes on the road and keep the information flowing. Every tool here came out of necessity. We built the things we wished existed when we needed them, so working on a vintage Triumph stays fun instead of frustrating.
Out of our shop in Costa Mesa, California, we also do two other things, and they all share the same shop, the same character and most of the same people.
Service, restore & build
Custom vintage Triumphs, from a tune-up to a ground-up restoration. We work on these bikes every day. If you're local, drop it off. If you're not, we still take in the right ones.
Apparel & goods
A small, considered line built around the bikes, the riders, and the world we work in. Designed and sold by us, made because we wear them.
If you're local, come by the shop. If you're not, the rest of the site is here for you.

Stocked by the best
in the country.
This site, the parts catalog, the diagrams, the tools: all of it is developed and maintained by Le Hangar 23. The parts themselves are warehoused, picked, and shipped by JRC Engineering out of Perris, California.
When Triumph America closed, JRC was the successful bidder on the assets of the company and became the OE supplier of choice. If you've been riding vintage Triumphs for any amount of time in the US, there's a good chance JRC parts are already on your bike.
Le Hangar 23
We focused on building the tools to help you find the right part: the catalog, the diagrams, fitment search, the cross-reference between OEM, NOS, and aftermarket.
JRC Engineering
JRC makes sure the part you ordered actually gets to your door. It ships out of 43 years of accumulated stock in Perris, the deepest vintage British inventory in the country.
We'll see you
out there.
I can't promise it'll make working on a vintage Triumph any easier. But I can promise we'll find you the part you're missing and get it on your doorstep as fast as possible, so your project keeps moving.
And I can promise this too: no matter how lame those Facebook groups get, the pleasure of fixing up a vintage Triumph and getting it back on the road isn't going anywhere. Whatever you're building, whatever mistake or sin someone says you're committing — I guarantee I've personally done worse. So keep going, and do it whatever way you want to.
