Washer, grease nipple
A small washer used behind grease nipples and similar fittings across many areas of the bike, now superseded by 60-4263.
WE170 is a small washer that Triumph's parts books list under grease nipple fittings, and it shows up across a huge range of figures — cylinder block and head, crankcase, frame, forks, swinging arm, mudguards, chaincase, rear wheel. That spread tells you this isn't a one-spot part; it's a common washer used wherever a grease nipple or a similar small fastener needed a seal or seat behind it.

Given how many different assemblies call for it, don't assume WE170 is unique to one job on the bike. If you're chasing a specific fitting, check the figure for that assembly in your parts book to confirm WE170 is the washer called out there.
This part number was superseded by 60-4263. If your parts book or an older invoice lists WE170, that's the same physical washer under the current number.
