A plain washer used on the contact breaker cam under the timing cover.

NMT2221 is a plain washer that fits on the contact breaker cam inside the timing cover. It's a small piece of hardware, but it does its job keeping the cam assembly properly located and seated as the breaker cam rotates against the points. Without it in place, spacing on the cam stack can shift and throw off your ignition timing.
