A 1 inch bore ball-end blade brake lever for a horizontal-split perch, right-hand side, no adjuster.
This is a 1 inch bore brake lever, the blade-style lever with the ball end, made for the horizontal-split perch on the right-hand side of the bar. It has no built-in adjuster, so it's meant for a perch that handles adjustment elsewhere or doesn't need one at all.
