This is a Mikuni manifold listed for the T120 in the 63-8 range, carried under JRC-14-410 as well as the MAP-0510 number. A manifold like this is what lets you run a Mikuni carburetor in place of the original fitment, bolting the carb body to the cylinder head so intake air makes it into the engine without a vacuum leak at the joint.
