BOLT SILENCER BRACKET 5/16-26CEI UH 7/8
Silencer bracket bolt, 5/16-26 CEI thread, 7/8 inch under-head length, used on unit Triumph twin exhaust mounts.
DS58 is the bolt that secures the silencer bracket on unit-construction Triumph twins, sized 5/16-26 CEI thread with an under-head length of 7/8 inch. It shows up in the parts books under the exhaust pipes and silencers listings as well as frame and footrest fitting sections, which tells you this is a bolt that ties the muffler mounting hardware back to the frame or footrest lug rather than something buried in the engine.

The catalog appearances span TR6R and T120R figures from the mid-to-late 1960s, so if you're working on a bike from that era and need to replace a worn or rusted bracket bolt, this is the one to check against your parts book. It later carried forward under the number 99-3518, so if you're cross-referencing an older book against a newer one, both numbers point to the same bolt.
It's a small, plain piece of hardware, but exhaust bracket bolts take a lot of vibration and heat cycling over the years, so it's common for the originals to be stretched, rusted, or just plain seized by the time you're pulling a silencer off. Worth having a couple on hand before you start pulling exhaust hardware apart.
