This is a caliper seal kit for the Triumph disc brake system, sold under PN 99-7006. It's a rebuild kit for the seals inside a Girling-type disc brake caliper, the parts that keep fluid where it belongs and let the piston move smoothly when you squeeze the lever. If your caliper is weeping fluid, feels soft, or the piston is sticking, this is the kit that gets it back to sealing properly without buying a whole new caliper.
