This is a rebuild kit for the front brake master cylinder, sized for the 15mm bore. It's built for the Lockheed hydraulic master cylinder used on the disc-brake front end, and it gives you the internal parts you need to bring a tired or leaking cylinder back to a working seal rather than buying a whole new unit.

The kit is front-specific. Front and rear master cylinders on these bikes use different bore sizes and different kits, so don't reach for this one if you're working on the rear circuit - you'll want the separate rear kit for that job.
