Bottom yoke and stem for the telescopic front fork assembly.

The 98-0002 is a bottom yoke and stem assembly out of the telescopic front fork. This is the lower fork bridge, the piece that clamps around the fork legs down near the wheel and carries the fork stem up through the steering head, tying the front end to the frame through the steering bearings.
