Handlebar - high

This is a high-rise handlebar listed in the parts book under handlebars and control levers. It's a Triumph part, and the catalog entry marks it as a high bar rather than the standard low or flat bend, though the specifics of width, rise, or bend beyond that aren't spelled out in our records.
