Right-hand footrest rubber, part number 83-7259, the rubber cover for the RH footrest peg.
This is the right-hand footrest rubber, part number 83-7259. It's the rubber cover that slips over the footrest peg where your boot actually rests, cutting vibration and giving your foot something to grip besides bare metal.

It shows up in the parts books under FOOTRESTS AND ENGINE MOUNTINGS and MOTOR UNIT FITTINGS AND FOOTRESTS, so it mounts right where you'd expect - on the footrest peg itself, tied into the engine mounting hardware on that side of the bike.
These rubbers wear and split with age and UV exposure, so if yours is cracked, torn, or missing entirely, this is a straightforward swap-out. Just make sure you're ordering the right-hand one, since the left side rubber is a separate part number.
