Swinging Arm
The rear swinging arm (swinging fork) that carries the rear wheel and suspension units on oil-in-frame Triumph twins.
This is the swinging arm (also called the swinging fork) for the rear suspension on the oil-in-frame Triumph twins. The pivot bushes at the front let the whole assembly rock on the frame.

Our catalog carries this under 83-2513, with F12513 as the earlier legacy number for the same part. It shows up in the parts books under the SWINGING FORK AND SUSPENSION UNITS heading, tied to the oil-in-frame chassis that Triumph ran through the early-to-mid '70s.
If you're replacing one, check the condition of your pivot bushes and spindle while you're in there — a tired swinging arm assembly usually means worn bushings as much as a worn arm. Give us a call if you want help confirming which arm goes with your frame.
