Crankcase undershield
A steel undershield that bolts under the engine unit to protect the crankcase from rocks and trail debris.
This is a crankcase undershield, also carried under the earlier F10040 number, that mounts under the engine unit to shield the crankcase and sump area from rocks, roots, and general trail debris. It shows up in the parts book under Engine Unit Fitting and Footrests, which tells you it bolts on as part of the engine mounting hardware rather than as an add-on bracket kit.

It's built as a steel bash plate, the kind of thing that matters if the bike ever leaves pavement. The catalog record for this one only turns up once, tied to 1970, so we can't speak to broader year fitment beyond what's on file — if you're not sure it matches your bike, give us a call before you order.
Good one to have on if you're running the bike anywhere rough. It won't do much for you on a strictly road machine, but it's cheap insurance for the crankcase if you're kicking up gravel or worse.
