Footrest swivel washer for the footrest pivot assembly, catalog number 82-9089 (also F9089).
This is the footrest swivel washer, catalog number 82-9089, also listed under the older F9089 designation. It shows up in the parts book under footrest and engine mounting fittings, where it works with the footrest pivot pin to keep the footrest assembly seated and swiveling cleanly against the mounting bracket.
