40-4524 BUSH,BATTERY TRAY
Rubber mounting bush for the battery tray, cushions the tray where it meets the frame.
This is the mounting bush that sits under the battery tray, cushioning it against the frame. It's a small rubber piece, and while it doesn't look like much, it keeps the battery tray from rattling against metal and taking damage over rough roads. The part shows up in the catalog under a few different numbers over the years, including 40-4524 and the older H394A form, all pointing to the same physical bush.
