This is the petrol pipe assembly, catalog number 82-7747, older book reference F7747. It's the fuel line that runs from the tap down to the carburetter, shown in the CARBURETTER figure for the T100T and T100R. It's a small part but a necessary one - without it fuel doesn't get from the tank to the float bowl.
