BRAKE ROD ADJ 26TPI 2 WING
Two-wing, 26 TPI rear brake rod adjuster for the swinging fork suspension setup, also known by its earlier number F6070.
This is the wing-nut style adjuster for the rear brake rod, part number 82-6070, listed in the parts books as F6070 on earlier machines. It's the piece that threads onto the rear brake rod down by the swinging fork and suspension units, letting you take up slack in the rear brake linkage by hand instead of reaching for a wrench every time the cable or rod stretches.

The two-wing design is what lets you grip and turn it with your fingers right at the brake rod, and it's cut 26 threads per inch. Catalog listings place it on the swinging fork and rear suspension figures for the mid-60s twins.
If your parts book lists this as F6070, that's the same part under its earlier factory number. There's also a later 28 TPI version of this adjuster under a different part number, so if yours doesn't thread on smoothly, double check which pitch your rod actually uses before you assume the part is wrong.
