Pipe to frame clip
A frame-mounted clip that secures the exhaust pipe, part number 82-4265 (formerly F4265).
This is the clip that holds the exhaust pipe up against the frame, keeping it from vibrating loose or drifting into the primary chain or footrest area. It's a small stamped piece but it does real work over the miles, and a tired or missing one is a common reason for an exhaust pipe rattling around where it shouldn't.

The catalog carries this as 82-4265, with F4265 as the earlier form of the same part number. It turns up in both the footrest/chainguard/propstand figure and the exhaust pipes and silencers figure, which tells you it's the bracket where the exhaust routing crosses paths with the frame and running gear rather than something back at the muffler end.
Our records show this one appearing across catalog listings from the early 1960s. If you're not sure this is the exact clip your bike needs, give us a call and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
