Clip
A small clip listed in the footrest/chainguard/propstand parts-book section, PN 82-4260 (also F4260).
This is a clip listed under Triumph part number 82-4260, with the older-style number F4260 also on record for the same piece. It shows up in the parts book under the figure covering footrests, chainguard, propstand and related fittings, so it's a small hardware item that lives in that general cluster rather than a standalone bracket or lever.

Our catalog record on this one is brief. It's a clip, it appears in listings from 1963 to 1964, and beyond that we don't have more detail on this one. If you're trying to match it up to a specific mount or fastener on your bike, the safest bet is to compare it against the old part in hand or give the shop a call before you order.
With a part this small and this thin on catalog description, we'd rather be straight with you than guess at specifics we can't back up.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
