CORK WASHER 1/32 - OIL CAP/FORK SPRING CUSHION
A 1/32 in. cork washer used both as an oil tank filler cap gasket and as a cushion atop the front fork spring abutment.
This is the small cork washer Triumph used in two different jobs: as a sealing gasket under the oil tank filler cap, and as a cushion at the top of the front fork legs where the fork spring sits against the abutment. Same part, two places on the bike, and the parts books list it under both the OIL TANK figures and the TELESCOPIC FRONT FORK figures across a long run of models. The 1/32 in. cork thickness is called out right in the part name.

On the oil tank side, it sits under the filler cap to keep the cap seated and seal against seepage. On the fork side, it works as a cushion between the fork spring and its abutment, taking up slop and quieting the mechanical clatter you'd otherwise get from metal on metal. Cork like this compresses and dries out over years, so if your oil cap weeps or the forks sound clunky at the top, this is a cheap thing to check.
This PN also appears under the alias F4047 in older references, and it turns up across a wide spread of figure titles - 6T, TR6, T120, T90, T100 variants, and 3TA/5TA forks, plus the oil tank figures - so it's a part that gets reused in more than one location depending on which figure you're pulling it from. If you're not sure whether you need the oil-cap version or the fork version, tell us which figure you're working from and we'll confirm.
