Lock nut for the rear chain adjuster, part 82-1824, later superseded by W/82-0969.
This is the lock nut for the rear chain, part number 82-1824. It's a small piece of hardware but it does an important job holding chain adjustment in place once you've got the rear wheel set where you want it.
