This is the small screw that holds the contact breaker plate to its cover, 2BA thread by 21/64 inch long. It shows up in the parts book under the outer timing cover, kickstart and footchange section, so it lives at the timing side of the engine where the points live, and also gets referenced against the clutch and primary chaincase figure.
