Rocker (left exhaust, right inlet)
Left exhaust / right inlet rocker arm for T140E, T140V, and TR7RV cylinder heads.
This is a rocker arm out of the top end, part number 71-7043, listed as left exhaust and right inlet. It appears in the parts-book figures for the cylinder block and head assemblies on the T140E, T140V, and TR7RV, so it's a piece that lives up top between the camshaft and the valve gear, transferring the lift from the cam follower and pushrod down to the valve stem.

Rocker arms take a beating over the years - they pivot constantly under load, and the pad that contacts the valve tip and the bore where the spindle rides both wear over time. If you're pulling a rocker box apart because of noise or oil weep, this is one of the parts worth inspecting closely.
The catalog entries span 1978 into the mid-80s across those T140/TR7RV heads, so it's a part that saw a run of years on the unit-construction 750 twins in that later era. Give us a call if you're not sure whether the head off your engine takes this specific left-exhaust/right-inlet version versus its opposite-hand counterpart.
