Sleeve — filter 'O' ring
A crankcase sleeve that houses the oil filter 'O' ring seal, part number 70-9856.
This is the sleeve that seats the 'O' ring for the oil filter down in the crankcase, part number 70-9856, also known under the older E9856 designation. It shows up in the crankcase and oil filter sections of the parts books, which tells us where it lives: right at the crankcase, sealing the oil filter arrangement so oil doesn't leak past the joint.

The catalog record doesn't tie this sleeve to a specific model or engine size, so we won't guess at that here. If you're chasing a leak around the oil filter housing on your crankcase, this is a part worth checking for wear or damage on the sealing surface, since that's exactly the job it's built for.
Give us a call if you want help confirming this is the right sleeve for what's in front of you — we can talk through what your crankcase looks like and match it up.
