Primary chaincase cover
Outer primary chaincase cover for the left side of the engine, catalog part 70-8953 (alias E8953).
70-8953 is the primary chaincase cover, the outer plate that bolts over the primary drive on the left side of the engine. It's what you see when you look at the left side of the bike below the gearbox - the panel that keeps the chain, clutch, and alternator or dynamo drive out of the weather and road grime.
