This is the left-hand inlet manifold for the 500cc Daytona twin, part number 70-7136, also listed under the older E7136 designation. It sits on the engine top end, between the cylinder head and the carburetor, and its job is to route air and fuel mixture into that cylinder.

Because it's a left-hand specific casting, it's not interchangeable with the right side piece - you need the one that matches the side you're working on. It shows up in the parts books across a span of years, so double check what's stamped or listed for your particular machine before you order.
