CYLINDER BARREL UK 650 OIL FEED EX TAPPETS (66-LATER) Would also fit 63-65 years
A UK-made standard-bore cylinder barrel for the unit 650 Triumph twin, with oil feed to the exhaust tappets and a 9-stud top end pattern.
This is the cylinder barrel for the unit-construction 650 twin, made in the UK to standard bore. It carries the oil feed to the exhaust tappets, a detail the factory added when they moved to this style of barrel, and it's built off the 9-stud head pattern used through this era of production.

Our catalog records show this barrel appearing across cylinder block and head listings for the TR6, TR6R, TR6C, and 6T through the late '60s and into the early '70s. The older E6304 number is just the earlier form of the same part number, so if your parts book lists E6304 you're looking at the same barrel we stock as 70-6304.
Because this is a fresh standard-bore casting rather than a used or reground part, it's meant to go in as a straightforward replacement on a top end that hasn't been bored oversize. Give us a call if you're not sure whether your engine's stud pattern and oil feed setup line up with what this barrel is machined for.
