SPRING,3CYL FILTER
Oil filter spring for Triumph/BSA three-cylinder engines, fits under the filter cap to hold tension on the element assembly.

The part number 70-6130 also shows up under the older E6130 designation in some parts books, so if you're cross-referencing an older triple's manual and see E6130, that's the same spring.
It's a simple, inexpensive item to keep on hand when you're doing filter service on a triples-era engine, since a tired or collapsed spring won't hold the cap and element the way it should.
