This is a complete cylinder head assembly for the T120, listed in the parts books as coming complete with valve guides already fitted. In the older parts book numbering it shows up as E5348, which is just the legacy prefix form of the same casting.

The cylinder head sits on top of the barrels and carries the valves, guides, and combustion chambers - it's the part that bolts down over the pistons and does the work of sealing combustion and routing the valve gear. Because this one comes complete with guides, it's a step up from a bare casting if you're rebuilding a top end and want fewer machine shop trips.
