This is a main bearing bush for the 500 twin, listed here as an oversize part machined .010 over standard. It's a bore-fitting bush for the crankshaft main bearing area, sized for a rebuild where the original bore has already been taken out to that dimension. The old-book number for this one is 70-0818, so if your parts manual or an older invoice shows that number, it's the same physical part as 70-4322/010P.
