Flywheel

A Triumph flywheel from the crankshaft and connecting rod assembly, cataloged for 1960-1962.

PN · 70-3906

This is a Triumph flywheel, listed under part number 70-3906 with the older factory reference E3906 showing up in the same catalog spot. It's part of the crankshaft and connecting rod assembly, which tells you right where it lives in the motor — bolted between the crank halves, adding rotating mass to smooth out the power pulses between strokes.

Our catalog record only ties this one to appearances from 1960 through 1962, so if your bike falls outside that window, don't assume it's a match without checking against your own crank assembly first.

Because a flywheel has to be balanced with the rest of the crank pins and rods as a set, this isn't a part to swap in casually. If you're rebuilding the bottom end, bring us your numbers off the crank and rods so we can confirm what you've actually got before you order.
