INTERMEDIATE WHEEL
An intermediate wheel from the crankshaft and connecting rods section of the engine bottom end, also known by the older part number E1471.
70-1471 is listed in the parts book as an intermediate wheel, appearing in the CRANKSHAFT AND CONNECTING RODS figure. That figure title tells us it lives down in the bottom end of the engine, but beyond that our catalog record doesn't spell out which gear train it's part of or how it's driven.

The older reference for this part is E1471, the letter-prefix form used before Triumph's parts books switched over to the numeric system. Same physical piece, just catalogued under the earlier style of part number.
Our listings for this one only show up twice, both in the early 1960s window, so we don't have a lot of extra detail to go on. If you're trying to match this against what's in your engine, give us a call and we'll work through it with you before you order.
We've never carried this one. Tell us what you're after and we'll go looking — you'll get a price and photos before you commit to anything.
