BSA Bracket, silencer (right-hand)
Right-hand silencer (muffler) mounting bracket for BSA machines, PN 68-2780.
This is the right-hand silencer bracket, PN 68-2780, listed in the OIL TANK, TOOLBOX, SILENCERS section of the parts book. It's the mounting bracket that holds the silencer (what American riders call the muffler) to the frame on the right side of the machine, keeping the pipe steady instead of letting it hang off the header alone.

The catalog ties this one to BSA, not Triumph, so if you're working on a Triumph don't assume it's your part just because it turned up in a Triumph-adjacent search. Catalog appearances run 1969-1970.
It's a plain bracket, nothing exotic, but brackets like this crack or go missing more often than you'd think once someone's had the pipes off a few times. If you're ordering, have your frame and pipe in front of you to check the hole spacing and stance before you commit.
