Anchor strap to swinging arm bolt, 3/8 in BSC x 1-5/16 in, for the rear suspension.

This is the bolt that fixes the anchor strap to the swinging arm at the rear of the frame, 3/8 inch British Standard Cycle thread by 1-5/16 inch long. The anchor strap ties the rear brake or torque arm to the swinging arm pivot area, and this bolt is what clamps it in place.
