TOP SPRING COLLAR
A top spring collar, part number 65-2490, with limited catalog detail on file.
The 65-2490 is a top spring collar, one of those small hardware pieces that our catalog doesn't give us much more detail on beyond the name itself. Spring collars like this typically work as a seat or retainer for a spring at one end of an assembly, but we don't have the figure context here to tell you exactly which spring or where on the bike this one sits.
