Drain plug (99- 4152)
Drain plug for an Amal carburetor float bowl, lets you drain fuel from the bowl without disassembly.
This is the drain plug for an Amal carburetor float bowl, part number 622/147. It threads into the bottom of the float chamber and lets you drain the fuel bowl without pulling the carb apart or draining the whole tank. Handy for winter storage, for clearing out stale fuel, or for checking float level and looking for water or debris settling at the bottom of the bowl.

This number shows up across a good number of Amal carburetor listings in our records, including TR6R, TR6C, T120R, TR7RV, and T140V carburetor figures, so it's a widely used piece across the Amal carb line rather than something specific to one setup. If your parts book or an older invoice lists 622/147, note that the factory later replaced it with 622/155 - same job, newer number, so either one you find referenced is talking about the same part.
It's a small, easy part to lose track of when a carb is apart on the bench, so it's worth keeping a spare in the toolbox if you're doing any carb work regularly.
