PN · 60-7052
This is the diaphragm listed under part number 60-7052, showing up in the rear brake section of the parts book. On a rear brake master cylinder, the diaphragm sits under the cap and reservoir top, flexing as fluid level changes to keep the system sealed against air and moisture while still allowing the fluid to move.
