This is the magneto advance cable for T100/110 twins, 39 inches long, of the Lucas type. It runs from the manual advance/retard lever on the handlebar down to the magneto, letting the rider adjust ignition timing on the fly the way these earlier magneto-equipped machines were set up to work.
