The 57-4470 is a kickstart stop, a small part that lives inside the gearbox area, tucked in with the inner cover and selector mechanism. Its job is simple: it gives the kickstart lever's return travel a fixed point to stop against, so the mechanism doesn't over-travel when the lever swings back after a start.
